Heinrich B., (Latinized as Henricus Bebelius) was a German Humanist, neo-Latin poet, author of Latin Facetiae, didactic writings on language reform and others on history and politics. Born in mid-1473 into a family of landowning farmers on the Bewinden estate in the barony of Justingen (Schwäbische Alb), he died on March 31, 1518 at Tübingen.
