Commentary

The editio princeps is Röllig 1997:367–370 (photograph, hand-copy, transliteration, translation, commentary). Text is in transliteration (Hebrew font) in KAI 313 (re-edition in Lemaire 2001:147–148, no. 3; Röllig 2014:58–59). The tablet was retrieved in 1995 by the German archaeological expedition to Tell Sheikh Hamad on the lower basin of the river Habur, an affluent of the Euphrates in NW Mesopotamia.
