Chronicon Paduanum

13th-14th century. Northern Italy. The so-called Chronicon Paduanum is one of the many Latin versions of the Annales Patavini. The work lists the Paduan podestà (chief magistrates of the city state) and covers the period between 1175 and 1313. The information is much more detailed for the years 1308-1313. The Chronicon is preserved only in a miscellaneous manuscript in Zagreb, Universitetska i Narodna Knjiznica, Nacionalna i Sveucilisna Biblioteka, MR 92, copied between 13th and 14th century in or near Padua.
