[1276c] In this month, because of the trouble, strife, and fighting between the people and government of Iran which had occurred because constitutionalists had circulated a group of false rumors and those supporting the despots had done likewise, much misery had ensued, one family annihilating another amidst great turmoil. (In these conditions) 381 households numbering 1,904 people fled Iran and entered Chakhansur seeking refuge in the shade of the protection of this government and accepting obedience to Afghani authority.
